The welding cylinder adopts large bore high-pressure adjustable cylinder and is equipped with guide rail, which has the excellent characteristics of high efficiency, stability, automation and reliability.

The output power frequency of the intermediate frequency inverter controller is 1000Hz, and the time accuracy is milliseconds; Up to 64 sets of welding specifications can be programmed, and the functions of real-time monitoring of welding current and counting of welding spots are set to facilitate management and ensure welding quality.

It is equipped with real-time monitoring functions such as insufficient water flow and low air pressure. It is equipped with audible and visual alarm indicator lights and red, yellow and green warning lights, which respectively represent the indication of equipment failure, work and power supply, so as to ensure the personal safety of operators, equipment use safety and product welding quality to the greatest extent.

The double button switch is used to start, the grating protection is installed between the operator and the electrode, and the protective net is installed on both sides of the welding machine operation area and between the two cylinders, so as to ensure product or personnel damage caused by improper operation of employees.

Design concept:

The equipment is a resistance projection welding equipment used for sealing wiring terminal and compressor shell on refrigerator compressor, suction pipe and compressor shell. It is mainly composed of body, medium frequency inverter power supply, special transformer, welding cylinder, upper and lower welding electrodes, gas circuit system, cooling circuit, safety monitoring and alarm device, etc.

Workpiece specifications and welding requirements provided by customers:

1. Product specification: the product plate is medium and low carbon steel, with a thickness of 3-6mm;

2. Welding strength requirements: the wiring terminal is firmly welded with the shell to meet the destructive test (no leakage with 600g hammer and 10.5mpa sleep test);

3. Requirements for workpiece after welding: after welding, the height and position between the terminal and the reference plane shall meet the requirements of the drawing, the terminal ring shall be complete without splash, and the glass volume shall be kept intact without affecting the original electrical performance.

In order to meet the above requirements of customers, our company adopts special welding equipment for one machine and two cylinders, one cylinder welding terminal and one cylinder welding suction pipe; The welding parameters of terminal and suction pipe are stored in different welding specifications, and the required welding parameters are retrieved from the microcomputer control box through the control operation switch on the station, so as to achieve accurate welding of products.
